Enjoy a dinner for six at Utah's first distillery since the 1870s and the only ski-in gastro-distillery in the world. High West serves small plates of nouveau Western fare, a full selection of fine wines and spirits and its own small-batch, mountain-crafted, award-winning whiskey.
