He will help get you fit and get your mind in the right place. Weller's Philosofit-Movement training session will include a full Functional Movement Session (FMS) combined with Neurokinetic Therapy. Both modalities identify functional limitations, asymmetrics, and overcompensations in the body so that balance can be restored and pain eliminated.
