RAD Design & Architecture is a Brooklyn based professional practice, serving the New York City area, with projects out of state and in Poland, RAD has helped to design and realize different types of projects, from apartment renovations, through complex commercial applications, multiple dwellings and new buildings.

Winner will receive:

A full consultancy for one of the following: interior renovation/exterior renovation/new buildings or extensions to existing buildings.
The consultancy will be provided on site at the mutually agreed time, and will consist of:

1. Analysis of space in order to provide the most sufficient and space appropriate concept to suit client's expectations.
2. Assistance in preparing a project program
3. Conceptual "preliminary design" based on discussed ideas (including basic plan and conceptual sketches to represent the idea)
4. Preliminary cost estimate and time frame of possible construction for discussed preliminary design.
