Commerce, the latest incarnation of a historic Greenwich Village space, comes courtesy of two Montrachet veterans who've meticulously restored the former Grange Hall with new murals, black walnut tables, chestnut booths, a 1941 Brunswick bar, and an upscale contemporary American menu with Asian, French and Italian accents.
