2011 Cupcake Vineyards Pinot Grigio

We traveled to the northern-most regions of Italy along the foothills of the Dolomites to create this Cupcake Vineyards pinot Grigio. Here on the steps of this formidable mountain range, cool evenings and warm days allows these grapes to develop a complexity not normally associated with this variety.

2011 Cupcake Vineyards Red Velvet (Red Wine)
California
Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. It has fantastic structure, aroma, depth of flavor and a long creamy finish. The grapes were harvested from some of the finest vineyards of California’s viticultural areas, each picked for their ability to engender these grapes with distinct characteristics that added to this blend. Each varietal was fermented separately and later blended and put through a unique oak regime that imparts creaminess. This unique wine has subtle flavors of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.
