For roasted duck with fried sticky-rice patties, the kitchen roasts the pieces of bird a deep mahogany color, but the surprisingly grease-free meat somehow retains its moistness. The plump rice patties are fried a crispy golden brown, and the honey-garlic sauce that accompanies the dish is nothing less than intoxicating. Its earthy sweetness is a wonderful complement to the duck and the crispy rice patties are addictive.
