As you travel the four-mile, well maintained dirt road to get to the house, you pass by two small, beautiful vineyards and fantastic houses tucked away in the trees. This is a perfect area for people who cherish their privacy.
About a twenty minute drive to beautiful beaches, the property is close to 1,000 ft. elevation with the temperature usually 10 - 15 degrees warmer than the 55 degrees found down on the coast when it is foggy. And when it is hot in the valley to the east, the property is 10 degrees cooler because of the breezes carrying up from the sea. There is a 4 acre fenced area, perfect for children or dogs.
