Description

Contact improvisation was first explored by American choreographer Steve Paxton in the early 70s and has been described as "an open-ended exploration of the kinaesthetic possibilities of bodies moving through contact. Sometimes wild and athletic, sometimes quiet and meditative, it is a form open to all bodies and enquiring minds."

Join Esalen workshop leader and contact improvisation teacher PJ Novotny at his studio in San Luis Obispo, CA for three private contact improvisation sessions for up to six people.
