Holistic Chef, Health Coach and author Adina Niemerow, studied healing with whole foods, Asian traditions and Modern Nutrition, meditation, shiatsu, yoga, and tai chi at the Heartwood Institute with renowned leader in plant-based nutrition, Paul Pitchford. She completed her culinary education at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC. A good part of her life has been in the kitchens at top wellness spas and restaurants including The Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, Arizona and Thomas Keller's French Laundry.
She now specializes in leading cleanses for individuals and groups, consulting with restaurants and spas, and working with physicians to create healing diets for private clients.
This two-hour class for two will take place in Adina's recently-opened boutique cooking school in San Francisco's Mission District. Adina will take you through an introduction to raw foods before helping you to prepare and present a 3-course raw meal.
