This is a Commemorative 840 Poster signed by Governor Bill Haslam.  This poster is in celebration of the grand opening of SR-840 that connects all the communities in southern Middle Tennessee.  The project began in 1986 and now consists of 78 miles of beautiful Tennessee highway.
