A three-time All-American at the University of Gerogia, Kevin Kisner served as the team captain for the national champion Bulldogs in 2005. After graduating in 2006, he went on to play on the developmental eGolf and NGA Hooters Professional Golf Tours, playing in six Nationwide Tour events in 2009 through sponsor's exemptions.

After playing 108 holes in the PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament in 2009, he finished at 8-under and in a tie for 26th place - one stroke away from earning exempt status on the 2010 PGA Tour. Kevin Kisner's strong finish earned him fully exempt status on the 2010 Nationwide Tour.
