This house is a one minute walk to the beach and has a brand new pool. House amenities include high speed internet, satellite TV, DVD in 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, pool. Auction winner must pay an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Date restrictions apply. Unavailable spring break, June, July, August, Memorial Day weekend, and Labor Day weekend. If you inquire two (2) weeks in advance during one of these restricted times and the beach house it available, IT'S YOURS!
