One (1) weekend workshop focused on self-healing with Ute Arnold, developer of a holistic therapy method that integrates Alexander Technique, Gestalt Therapy, Movement, and Feldenkrais Technique.
The Self-Healing Journey Workshop explores and invites the dynamic inter-relationship of body, mind, emotions, spirit, creativity and the healing forces of nature. You will gain access and reveal deeply stored inner resources. Your inner authority and authentic relationships to self and others will expand and return to you.
Meetings are 6 times per year, usually near New Hope, PA. A $200 value.
