Sound combinations including digraphs, trigraphs, welded sounds, consonants, short vowels, long vowels in a vowel-consonant-e syllable, open vowels, r-controlled vowels, vowel teams and additional sounds are printed on one side of these flashcards; keywords, pronunciation, and substep codes are printed on the reverse. Cards are color-coded ivory, salmon, and green.
