Description of an Energy Balance Session 

My sessions normally last approximately 60 minutes.  During this time, we will briefly discuss your personal goals and concerns.  We will then begin a process where we work with your energy systems towards a balanced and harmonious state.  The session may involve the use of various forms sound, light or sacred geometry to facilitate the energy flow.  I generally end sessions with instruction for energy exercises you can do on a daily basis.
