Special Instructions
Subject to availability, successful bidder may select any week between December 1, 2012 and November 30, 2013 EXCEPT for the following blackout dates: March 16-March 29, April 7 – April 12, 2013; May 25 – August 16, 2013, September 28-October 12.
Selection must be made and agreed upon with property owner no later than March 31, 2013.
Minimum winning bid: $1,000. If the minimum bid is not met, this item will be withdrawn from the auction.
