Feeling stressed or need a lift? Start with a "Treat for the Feet" which includes a soothing, scented foot soak and foot massage. Follow it up with a Polarity Therapy session, a form of body work based on the ayurvedic/chakra system (done fully clothed). The process involves a gentle rocking at different points over the chakras to release "stuck" energy. It is both energizing and relaxing.
