Expecting a baby? Just had a baby? Your choice of doula services -- birth work or postpartum care:
Birth work includes 2 prenatal visits, assistance during birth, 1 postpartum visit
Postpartum Care includes 1 month of assisting the mother and family with newborn care and needs from 0-3 months:
- Breastfeeding and lactation support
- Light cooking (making sandwiches, oatmeal, eggs, very easy meals only!)
- Helping integrate newborns with older children
- Light housework (dishes, laundry, vaccuming)
- Errands, grocery shopping
- Minimum of 2 visits per week (number of weeks is flexible), minimum of 3 hours per visit required
