  The first course might be fresh gazpacho from our heirloom tomatoes.

 The entree could be grilled Grafton garlic free range chicken (my girlfriends and I raise delicious, happy, free range birds) with local delicate salad greens + fingerling potato salad.

Dessert could be blueberry (from our bushes) gelato with a hint of herbs de Grafton?
