The J.S. Fitness Studio is located in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the beautifully restored Kinney and Lange building. They are a private, personal training facility. They keep the equipment and spacious facilities clean and in excellent, working condition. For those who can's make the trip to them, they also offer mobile fitness service.

If you don't have equipment, then they will bring it to you. J.S. Fitness has a large variety of excellent exercise equipment, including a large assortment of benches, weight machines, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, cardio machines and a state-of-the-art cable system.
