Wake Up Yoga is a Vinyasa (flow-style) and Yin (passive yoga) studio with two locations: in the heart of the Fairmount neighborhood,and on East Passyunk Avenue in South Philly. Our spaces are warm and inviting - the walls are the color of butternut squash?the teachers are excellent...and the community rocks!

The mission of Bija - a locally-grown yoga shop - is to be an outlet for local vendors, artisans and craft persons. For those yoga accessories and props that I have not been able to find within the community, I make every effort to ensure that the products come from environmentally- and socially- conscious vendors.
