The Executive Club Fitness Membership includes access to all clubs in the North Bay and a complimentary Signature Service appointment. This is a one hour session with a certified personal fitness trainer who will create a customized fitness plan based on your specific needs. He/she will review your health history, help you establish individual fitness goals, and perform some assessments to guide the design and development of your workout plan. Your trainer will also instruct you on proper form and technique, and guide you through a workout session.

Membership must begin prior to 4/30/2013.

Certificate good for initiation fee only and three month of dues. Current Bay Club members are not eligible.
