The home is 4,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen, eating area and great room with HD flat screen on the ground floor. The enormous basement has 2 more bedrooms, a full bath, and a large game room with big screen TV, foosball table and combo pool table that converts to a ping-pong table.

The backyard features a heated play pool with basketball hoop and volleyball net, a heated spa, gas BBQ, and half-court basketball court.  The large covered patio has wicker chaise lounges and matching patio furniture, plus a misting system that can drop the patio temperature 10-20 degrees during the summer – an oasis for entertaining!
