It is a new home of approximately 5,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms/4 baths, comfortable comtemporary furnishings and spacious outdoor living space. The villa sleeps 12 in beds. Situated facing west and looking down the 2nd hole of the Pacifico course toward the ocean front green, the villa offers ocean views and incredible sunsets. 300 yards to the beach and 500 yards to the nearest private beach club. Outside areas include a pool and hot tub, 6 teak lounge chairs, built-in couches, outdoor shower, a dining table for 10, and a gas grill.

The development boasts 2 private Jack Nicklaus golf courses, 2 private beach clubs and 2 private tennis clubs. All of the mentioned facilities are reserved for owners, guests, renters, and hotel guests of the Four Seasons and the St. Regis, both of which are within the gates of the Punta Mita development.
