At RoadRunner Burrito, they always use fresh, low fat ingredients using vegetable oils rather than lard, organic produce when possible, and hormone-free beef and nitrate-free chicken. All food is grilled to order. They use plenty of fresh vegetables and herbs in their burritos, tacos and quesadillas. Their fresh salsa bar offers two types of salsas which are made daily on the premises.
