About the Artist

With a complex style and approach to rejuvenating the abstract genre, Hocevar's works of glitter and glamour take viewers to higher plain of conciseness and awarness of a higher power.Hocevar's works are enriched with gold which was a major component of fine art, clothing and architecture during the 19th and 20th century. Lucka searches and explores new ways to cultivate her unique style of painting. The fine lining of black ink on white paper, mysterious shapes infused with gold and using a variety of color and materials all are part of her artistic process. Hocevar's works are sophisticated, complex yet relaxing to the eye. Her works have a contmporary feel and have all have a profound degree of texture and depth.
