You and a friend can enjoy a 2-3 hour docent-led historic trail ride at Ridgewood's beautiful 5,000-acre ranch, including old growth redwood groves and oak-studded range land. View historic buildings remaining from the Seabiscuit and Howard era on horse-back, including the mare barn once part of part of Charles Howard's first class thoroughbred breeding operation, Seabiscuit's newly restored stud barn, Howard House built by William Van Arsdale in 1905, and ride the trails Charles and Marcela Howard enjoyed side-by-side.
