Here's something you don't do everyday. This auction is for an Ice Cream "Freezing" Class for 8 from Charlotte & Olivia's Sublime Ice Creams in New Albany, Ohio.
Learn the techniques of making pure, simple ice creams for your family and friends.
Jim Cushing, owner of Charlotte & Olivia's Sublime Ice Creams, will invite you into the kitchen of his eclectic New Albany home to share his passion for artisan ice cream.
The class includes:
- Discussion about commercially produced vs. homemade ice cream.
- A hands-on "Freezing" class.
- Mini-tasting of 2 seasonal flavors.
- Samples of 4 different flavors of ice cream to take home.
- 15% discount on any pints purchased on the day of the class.
Class is 90-minutes long and will occur at a mutually agreeable date and time. Winning bidder will receive a gift certificate to redeem. Certificate expires October 31, 2013.
Special Instructions
For the winning bidder: Upon the conclusion of the auction, the credit card you used to register for bidding will be charged for the winning bid amount. Item will be available for pick-up during normal business hours at the United Way office, located at 232 N. Main Street in Marysville, Ohio. The winning bidder may choose to have the item shipped via U.S. Mail by indicating so via e-mail upon conclusion of the auction. The cost of shipping will be added to the credit card charge.
