Description
Two hours of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for any issue that you wish to address. You may meet with Cathy in her clinic in Homer, Alaska, England in May 2013 or she will do EFT with you over the phone.
It may take only one session to resolve an issue or more, depending on the issue. It can be done with individuals of any age. Once you have learned the approach you can use it on your own.
Special Instructions
EFT is based on the discovery that imbalances in the body's energy system have profound effects on one's personal psychology. Correcting these imbalances is done by tapping on acupuncture meridian end points while processing the issue. It can be used for anything!
Cathy has used EFT for PTSD, anxiety, decision making, addictions, phobias, fears, allergies, pain, trauma, babies, dogs, horses and much more.
