Description
A HANDLE Screening is a brief version of the HANDLE assessment and is designed for those 5 years old and older with mild learning and/or behavioural challenges. The goal of the screening is to discover which sensory systems may be contributing to academic, work and behavioural difficulties or which may impede future learning.
Services are provided in person at our Satellite Centre in Kuala Lumpur, followup can be provided via Skype.
Special Instructions
You will gain a new understanding of the root causes of the concerns an individualized program and specific recommendations to address the concerns, in a way the child, parent and teacher can implement. Benefits that may be experienced during and after a screening program include: increased organisation, improved reading, increased calm, improved length and quality of sleep, improved handwriting, improved creative/report writing, greater ease and efficiency in completing tasks or homework, improved ability to follow instructions, and increased attention or focus. Please note the benefits are as individual as you are.
