Traditions is the private golf club and residential community in Aggieland.

Nestled among majestic native hardwoods, rolling hillsides, the natural banks of the Turkey Creek and the new Texas A&M Health Science Center, Traditions has a setting like no other in the Brazos Valley. In the center of 900 acres, one will find the Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II Design championship golf course that provides the perfect backdrop to the luxurious club amenities, homesites that range from a fourth acre garden site to sprawling estate sites over an acre in size, and home to the Texas A&M Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams.

Besides being recognized as one of the best golf courses in Texas, Traditions Club includes a family swim center with beach-like wading pool for the little ones, a sport and leisure pool, and a 25-meter junior Olympic lap pool. Casual dining is available at the Pool Grille along with poolside menus. Fine dining is also available in the newly opened Clubhouse, which offers two dining rooms, wine cellar, bar, and outdoor terrace. A state of the art Fitness Center and Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms finalized our Club development with a January 2011 opening.

Traditions also offers luxurious 2, 3, and 4 bedroom Cottages and Casitas overlooking the golf course that are available for all overnight accommodations that allow for another option to local hotels.

Availability is restricted to after 11 a.m. on Saturdays.

Certificate include golf fee and range balls. Cart fees and forecaddie fees must be paid at time of check-in.
