The Fit35 Starter Package -

This is where all of our clients begin their journey.  Your HDfittrainer will do a comprehensive wellness assessment, discuss your fitness goals, and develop a customized Fit35 workout and nutrition program.  Your trainer will meet with you, one-on-one, and teach you how to successfully perform each exercise and how to manage your individual nutrition plan.
