AT&T is a proud sponsor of Team USA and the Paralympics and through that sponsorship, we have the distinct and exclusive privilege allowing us special access to Olympic Training Centers (OTC) and the athletes. We have a trip coming up on November 8-10 in Chula Vista, CA where we are taking a group of people behind the curtain to meet, mingle, and best of all, learn the sport of many Olympians taught to you by the athletes themselves. This is not for watchers, this is for doers.
     The trip starts Thursday as you arrive in the historic Gaslamp district of San Diego bustling with sounds of a city on the shore. Spend your time on a tour of the USS Midway Aircraft carrier, at the Belmont amusement park, or if animals are more your style, you are surrounded by one of the best zoos, sea worlds, and whale watching the country has to offer. After a fun filled day on your own, you will join a team of fellow co-workers at a reception at your trendy hotel spot – the Hard Rock Hotel. You will dine with Olympians in preparation for the excitement of the next day.
     Friday morning the group will gather for a hearty breakfast and head off to the Olympic Training Facility where you will spend a full day meeting the athletes training at the Chula Vista OTC. Here they will tell you their stories and teach you their sport. Then, all in friendly competition, the heartbeat of the day is spent participating in a variety of sports available at this training center sure to make for an experience of a lifetime. To cap off the day, the team will again gather for a celebratory dinner to bask in the memories of the day.
     Saturday morning sends you off with a team breakfast as only Hard Rock can do it and leaves you to spend more time immersed in more activities as you enjoy your day in the sun.
