Have lunch and a mentoring session with Gina Fox, Sales Director-Small Business Solutions Center (SE Region) is responsible for developing and leading call centers in the Southeast regions (Florida, Louisiana, Alabama and Kentucky).   Prior to her current position, she was the AVP for the Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina Small Business Inbound locations. During her tenure as a Center Director, Gina won the Pinnacle award for her center’s outstanding sales results, as well as receiving other accolades for customer service as well as sales.  
Gina was hired by the former South Central Bell as a Service Representative in New Orleans, Louisiana. After working in the business office for several years, she was promoted to Headquarters staff in Atlanta, Georgia supporting Small Business for BellSouth. After working on several projects, she progressed to the IT department, where she led the initiative to create and deploy the ROS ordering system to the Small Business Inbound call centers across the nine-state region.
