Balaam Design creator Monica Zamora is the daughter of a wedding dress designer and a jeweler in Mexico. Her first design creation was a line of candles for a company in Regensburg, Germany.  Upon moving to the United States, she launched Zamora Handbags, a custom handcrafted line of exotic skin handbags and belts.

Balaam jewelry is the result of over 10 years of fashion design experience and passion – fusing sterling silver, fresh water pearls, coral and turquoise with semiprecious stones.
