Peak was founded in 1998 by Julie Zecchino and Jen DeBruno-Kawasaki under the name Premier Cheer. What started as just 18 girls with no competitive cheerleading experience, soon became one of the strongest brands in Colorado for Cheerleading, Gymnastics and Dance instruction.  The founders strongly believe that every young athlete deserves an opportunity to do his or her best and to be recognized for his or her ability at every skill level. Since the beginning, our mission statement has remained unchanged as:

“Helping today’s youth achieve their personal best through our commitment to instill: RESPECT, STRUCTURE, and CONFIDENCE in each athlete in a fun and safe environment.”
