The title of this whimsical piece implies that there is some vast Design Book for a Universe, a collection of uncountable volumes, each with so many pages they are catalogued with a decimal system. This is but one page showing various aspects of one particular planet.
The frame is 12" x 10", but the acrylic aspects of the piece extend to 13".
