Description
This nine week course provides adults of any age a methodical introduction to the art of ballet, with special attention to the health benefits of improving posture and balance. Bianca, the course instructor, is well-versed in safe dance technique and understands that adults need the very basics of movement fundamentals laid out in a simple format that builds from week to week, slowly and with repetition. If you've always wanted to try ballet, but have been afraid to try or had a negative prior experience, this is for you!
Special Instructions
Good for the January to March of 2013 session for one class a week. Student may choose Wednesday nights or Sunday afternoons.
Wednesdays 7:30-8:45 January 9 - March 6
or Sundays 4:00-5:15 January 13 - March 9
