Bread knife: Overall 15-1/2" long, blade length = 9-1/8". 1-1/16" thick. Cryogenically treated stainless steel blade, serrated cutting edge. Hand-milled New Mexico (Corrales) Plum wood handle, nickel-silver pins. Sealed with polyacrylic. Not dishwasher safe.
