Paring knife: Cryogenically treated stainless steel clip point paring knife blade, 3" Hand-milled New Mexico (Corrales) Apricot wood handle, nickel silver rivets. Handle sealed with polyacrylic. Handle is relatively thick, overall length 7". Not dishwasher safe.
