CAKE LESSON AND PARTY hosted by Robin Covello and Sofie Goldstein.

Your party hostesses will dazzle you with appetizers made from
local, organic, seasonal ingredients accompanied by cocktails/wine. While eating and drinking, you will learn how to make an elegant mouth-watering white cake and a swiss meringue buttercream frosting a la Martha Stewart.
This cake, which is very popular, is perfect for bat/bar mitzvahs, weddings, and other elegant social events.

 The fun does not end there, oh no! In addition to learning all the
secrets of producing the perfect cake, you will take home with you a special gift along with the cake recipe so you can dazzle your own family and friends with your finely-tuned baking skills.

This fantastic party will take place at Robin's home in San Rafael
and is limited to 12 people. The lucky winners will decide as a group on the date and time (day or evening option).
