One Month of Little Dragons (ages 4 - 6)

Our Little Dragons class is tremendously popular. It is essentially a “Pre-Karate” class. The elemental curriculum focuses on self-control, focus, listening & following directions as well as gross motor skills. Additionally, children practice polite greetings, making eye contact and working cooperatively with partners. As with all of our programs, fitness is a priority so Little Dragons often traverse “treacherous” obstacle courses; surviving across hot lava, crawling through tunnels, jumping over “rocks”, climbing “mountains”, lifting “boulders” and other exciting exercises to build their coordination, core strength, muscle tone & balance.

Little Dragons earn seven levels of white belt based on attendance (minimum 7 times per month) and on having a good attitude. Every class is lively and energetic, encouraging children to work their hardest to reach their goals.

Practical Martial Arts & Marin Karate Kids is a very different kind of martial arts school. Two names, one philosophy: take the progressive techniques of mixed martial arts and unite them with the traditions and principles of the past. We have been providing this exceptional martial arts experience to students of all ages since 1993.
