Oliver’s only carries all natural USDA Choice and Prime corn-fed beef from Colorado and Nebraska. Corn fed beef gets more marbling then grass fed beef, and the marbling is what gives the beef its flavor. The beef is dry aged for 14-21 days to naturally bring out the flavor of the meat and make it extra tender.

They also carry all natural pork, poultry, milk fed veal, and Colorado lamb. They carry a wide variety of different seafood items including Wild King Salmon, and they always try to accommodate and obtain special requests, including live lobsters. Oliver’s also makes over 40 different kinds of sausages. They use only all natural ingredients and use no MSG or fillers. Sausages range in varieties from Bratwurst to Cajun to Greek Lamb and Turkey Mediterranean, and all kinds in between.
