This is a small production, single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Oakville East in Napa Valley, CA. Only 85 cases were produced of this inaugural 2010 vintage. Not yet released to the public.

The Sylvie Cabernet has a dark ruby color with notes of concentrated blackberry and plum on nose with supporting aromas of clove, cocoa, vanilla and mineral. Plum flavors continue with fresh acidity and bitter chocolate and mineral nuances. Tannins are soft and velvety throughout, and linger gently on the finish.
