For your dining pleasure, the Academy is home to the casual Academy Café and full-service Moss Room, operated by renowned chefs Charles Phan. The Café offers a multi-cultural menu designed to appeal to appetites of all ages, and is open until 4pm.The Moss Room, which features cuisine created with local, organic and seasonal ingredients, serves lunch from 11am-3pm, and dinner Thursday-Saturdays from 5pm- 9:30 pm and Sundays 5pm-9pm. The Moss Room is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
