Special Instructions
The Velata warmer is electric, so you can warm the chocolate without flames. There is an adjustable temperature control to keep your chocolate at the right temperature. The Velata warmer dish (removable) and lid are microwaveable and dishwasher-safe. You can also microwave the chocolate for a minute, then pour it into the warmer.
