You and eleven guests are invited to a private wine tasting where you supply the food and the friends and they'll supply the wine!  You're welcome to bring your own appetizers, or they can recommend a local caterer.  Then, the experts will entertain you and your guests with a brief description of the producers, the growing regions, and the grape varieties that comprise each bottle.  Have fun learning without the pretense or inhibition!
