Inside, you will find New York-based BLT Restaurant Group's premiere Chicago outlet, the Florentine. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the Florentine features a modern Italian-American menu in an upscale environment. For lighter dining in a more relaxed atmosphere, the Lobby Lounge features an English breakfast, Tapas-style lunch and dinner, and cocktails with the best seat for people-watching in the Loop. Under the skillful direction of Chef Michael Reich, menus incorporate locally-grown and organic fare into the colorful and hearty specialties for which Chicago is so well-known. Also unique to downtown is the hotel's Valeo Spa, a 20,000 square foot oasis, featuring both traditional and nontraditional spa and massage services.
