Tersiguel's French Country Restuarant is a labor of love, created by Fernand and Odette Tersiguel after their well-known and beloved restaurant, Chez Fernand, burned to the ground in 1984.  Since 1997 their son Michel has been the Executive Chef at Tersiguel's. There he uses his past experiences training under some of the world's most talented chef's to make the well-loved French recipes that Tersiguel's is known for.
