Our history
- Boden was founded in 1991
- We initially launched with just 8 menswear products
- In 1992 we launched womenswear
- Childrenswear (Mini Boden) followed in 1996
- Our UK website launched in April 1999
- In 2002 we launched in America
- 2003 saw the opening of our new, larger warehouse in Leicester
- We opened our first shop in Hanger Lane, London in 2004
- Baby Boden launched in 2007
- In 2007, we also launched in Germany
- Today we employ over 800 hard working staff
- On average we ship 12,500 parcels per day from our warehouse in Leicester
- January 2008 - our first call centre opened in the USA in Pittston
- September 2009 - Boden launched in Austria
- February 2010 - 'Johnnie b', our Teen range launched

What's your return policy?
We have a no quibble return policy which does exactly what the label says. If you wish to return something, for any reason at all, we will not quibble, argue or even bat an eyelid. You have up to three months to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item within three months of the receipt of your order, we will exchange or refund it, no questions asked. This includes all regular priced items, no matter what discount or offer you have against your order
